Job Title: Marketing Executive – Flexible Packaging (New Customer Acquisition)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive new customer acquisition for our flexible packaging solutions for all types of liquid and semi liquid ’ food & Beverages, personal care, Household & Cleaning, pooja essentials. This role focuses on attracting brand owners, retailers, and direct consumers, increasing product adoption, and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer marketing and industry-specific packaging trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer & Industry Research:
· Conduct market research to understand packaging preferences, consumer behaviour, and trends in the packaging industries.
· Identify and analyse potential customer segments, such as organic food brands, premium food companies.
· Engage with potential clients through email marketing, trade shows, and industry networking.
· Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term customers and optimize the on boarding process.
· Conduct regular field visits to connect with potential clients, including food brands, product manufacturers.
· Establish and maintain relationships with new clients, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
· Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings, design customization, and sustainability initiatives.
· Implement loyalty programs and referral incentives to encourage brand partnerships.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Printing, Plastic or a related field.2-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, packaging, FMCG, or industry-specific marketing.
· Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, branding, and packaging trends.
