Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Local Marketing & Outreach:
-
Promote the diagnostic centre’s services to doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and corporate offices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers to encourage patient referrals.

Conduct regular visits to nearby medical professionals and institutions to educate them about the lab’s offerings and benefits.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new opportunities for tie-ups and partnerships within the assigned territory.

Organize health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Coordinate with corporate HR departments to conduct wellness programs and check-up camps for employees.

Lead Generation & Conversion:
-
Track and follow up on leads generated through campaigns, referrals, or partner networks.

Help convert potential customers into actual walk-ins or home collection bookings.

Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and partner contacts for regular engagement.

Digital and Offline Promotion:
-
Support the design and distribution of flyers, posters, standees, and brochures in the local area.

Promote services on local WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, and other community platforms.

Provide input for digital marketing campaigns and content based on local insights.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track daily marketing activities, doctor visits, and patient referrals.

Provide weekly reports to the Centre Manager and the marketing team on key performance metrics.

Analyze data to understand market trends, customer needs, and areas of improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as a point of contact for doctors and partners for any queries, issues, or feedback.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and service coordination.

Address concerns promptly and professionally to build trust and long-term relationships.
