Marketing Executive
Job Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products in the wholesale market.

Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

Conduct field visits to existing and potential clients to generate sales opportunities.

Educate retailers/customers about product benefits, schemes, and company policies.

Negotiate terms of business, credit, and margins with clients as per company guidelines.

Coordinate with the sales and distribution team to ensure timely supply and order fulfillment.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Organize promotional activities such as medical camps, awareness programs, and retailer meets.

Maintain records of client interactions, sales, collections, and report regularly to management.

Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical marketing regulations and ethical standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).

Experience in pharmaceutical sales/wholesale/marketing is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of pharma products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
