Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at generating high-quality leads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Research and identify target audience demographics and buyer personas to align social media campaigns with the right leads.

Create content calendars and plan consistent posts that engage users and direct them to lead-generating landing pages.
2. Social Media Content Creation:

Create and design engaging social media content (posts, ads, stories, videos) that speaks to the target audience and encourages lead generation.

Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals that enhance the message and drive attention to offers, products, or services.

Ensure that the content aligns with the company’s branding, voice, and marketing goals.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion:

Drive and monitor lead generation campaigns via social media, leveraging organic posts, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and other tactics.

Use call-to-action techniques in posts, captions, and ads to prompt potential customers to fill out forms, sign up for newsletters, or register for webinars.

Monitor and respond to interactions, including comments, direct messages, and inquiries, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
4. Campaign Management & Optimization:

Manage and monitor social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize lead generation opportunities.

Conduct A/B testing on ads, posts, and landing pages to determine the most effective formats and strategies.

5. Analytics & Reporting:
