We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to develop solar project and services, generate leads, and close deals
Preference : Women
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:
-
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to promote solar panels, rooftop solar systems, inverters, and related renewable energy solutions.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive analysis in the solar industry.

Develop and execute marketing plans for residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
-
Participate in setting marketing goals and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of various initiatives.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:
-
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, telemarketing, event participation, and cold calling.

Work closely with the sales team to hand over warm leads and support the lead nurturing process.

Identify prospective clients through field visits, community engagement, and partnerships with builders, architects, and businesses.

Maintain a database of potential clients and track follow-ups, conversions, and feedback.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Management:
-
Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, blog content, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM activities.

Create engaging content such as infographics, videos, product descriptions, and email campaigns.

Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
4. Branding & Communication:

Support the development of branding materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentation decks.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing and communication materials.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and renewable energy conferences.

Prepare promotional presentations and assist with public relations efforts.
5. Customer Education & Product Promotion:
-
Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, financial savings, government subsidies, and green energy practices.

Prepare customer-centric presentations and materials to explain solar energy systems in a simple and compelling way.

Organize workshops, webinars, and awareness drives to inform communities about solar adoption.

Help clients understand return on investment (ROI), net metering, and financing options available for solar installations.
6. Reporting & Coordination:

Track and report marketing performance metrics such as campaign reach, lead quality, and customer engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Design, Engineering, and Installation to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports for management.
-
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
