Job Description
Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporate clients, insurance providers, and the general public.

Execute marketing campaigns, health awareness programs, and community outreach activities.

Maintain and grow a referral network with general practitioners, specialists, and local healthcare providers.

Organize medical camps, CME programs, wellness events, and tie-ups with local organizations.

Support digital marketing efforts by coordinating with internal or external digital teams.

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports for management review.

Ensure hospital branding is consistently maintained across all promotional materials and platforms.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Assist in preparing brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

Manage marketing database, follow-ups, and reporting using CRM or hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient and Referral Development
-
Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients through physician referrals, community outreach, and online channels.

Build and maintain relationships with general practitioners, specialists, diagnostic centers, and wellness providers to generate patient referrals.

Visit clinics and healthcare professionals regularly to promote hospital services and specialties.
2. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups

Identify and approach local businesses, schools, colleges, and institutions for corporate health check-up packages, annual health plans, and partnership opportunities.

Organize health talks, medical camps, and awareness programs in corporate offices and public spaces to increase hospital visibility.

Negotiate contracts for corporate health programs and insurance partnerships.
3. Branding and Promotion

Assist in the creation and execution of offline and online marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, new departments, or doctors.

Collaborate with the design team to create brochures, flyers, banners, and other print materials.

Coordinate the placement of hospital advertisements in local newspapers, magazines, radio, and TV, as per budget and target audience.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media (in coordination with the digital team)

Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google to increase patient engagement.

Work with content teams to develop blogs, newsletters, and educational content on health topics.

Track performance metrics of digital campaigns and report insights for future improvements.
5. Event Management

Plan and organize health camps, awareness programs, blood donation drives, and wellness workshops in hospitals or public venues.

Coordinate logistics for seminars, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and patient education events.

Work with doctors to schedule and promote participation in medical conferences or public speaking opportunities.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Conduct research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitor activities in the local healthcare space.

Collect and analyze feedback from patients and referrers to improve services and marketing messages.

Provide insights to hospital management regarding new services, pricing strategies, or areas for improvement.
7. Reporting & Administration

Maintain records of marketing activities, daily field visits, corporate tie-ups, and feedback reports.

Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Marketing Manager or Hospital Administrator on performance and results.

Monitor marketing budgets and ensure spending aligns with expected ROI.
