Job Description
Designation - Marketing Head
1. Generate Leads from Digital media and SEO marketing
2. brand building of company image on social media
3. Inside Sales - Email Campaign, Linked In Campaign, Partner Management,
4. Work with sales and account management teams for customer evangelists to create PR, media and marketing opportunities.
5. Responsible for Marketing Collateral, Presentations, Posters etc.
6. Device Strategy and execute to attract genuine traffic into websites - considering multi national presence
7. Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, trade-shows, seminars and customer events.
8. Responsible for contents across all channels - Website, Email campaign, AR reminders etc.
9. Bring in Employees motivation into organization
10. Strategize on marketing for select global partners through analysis and understanding of competitive landscape
11. Ability to Train, Develop and manage Digital marketing, SEO and Inside Sales Teams - Responsible for their KRA/KPI
12. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments
13. Should prepared to work smart and when required hard to achieve shared vision
