Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Support
-
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Help manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.

Support SEO activities including keyword research, meta tag optimization, and backlink generation.
-
Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare reports using Google Analytics or similar tools.
2. Content Creation
-
Draft engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.

Assist in developing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and flyers.

Help coordinate with designers for visual content including banners, infographics, and videos.
3. Social Media Management
-
Schedule and publish posts on the company’s social media channels.
-
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages under supervision.
-
Research trending topics and suggest ideas for increasing follower engagement.
-
Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, likes, and shares.
4. Market Research & Analysis
-
Conduct online research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
-
Compile data and present findings in reports or presentations for use in strategy development.

Help analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify potential areas of improvement.
5. Event & Campaign Support
-
Assist in organizing online webinars, offline promotional events, or trade shows (if applicable).

Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
-
Support the team in executing brand activations or product launches.
6. Administrative Tasks
-
Maintain marketing databases, content calendars, and project timelines.
-
Prepare basic reports, checklists, and presentations as requested.
-
Help in internal communication and coordination between departments during campaign planning.
