Job Summary:

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support various campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You’ll learn how to apply marketing strategies in real-world settings while developing creative, analytical, and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, content, offline events, etc.).

Help monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and suggest optimizations.

Support with marketing collateral creation such as brochures, presentations, and flyers.
2. Digital Marketing Assistance

Support social media content planning and publishing across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

Research trends, hashtags, and content formats to improve engagement.

Assist in creating or curating visual and written content (canva designs, captions, blogs, reels, etc.).
3. Market Research

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.

Compile findings into structured reports and present insights to the team.

Help identify new channels or audience segments to target.
4. Lead Generation & Outreach

Assist in executing email marketing and cold outreach campaigns.

Help maintain and update lead databases using Excel or CRM software.

Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the business development team when required.
5. Event and Campaign Coordination
-
Help in planning online or offline events, webinars, promotions, or workshops.

Coordinate logistics, track registrations, and communicate with participants or vendors.

Support with event reporting and post-campaign analysis.
6. Reporting & Analytics

Track and report basic metrics from digital campaigns and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

Assist in compiling weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Suggest improvements based on results and feedback.
7. Content Writing (Optional)

Write short blogs, emailers, social media posts, or product descriptions.

Support the content team with proofreading, idea generation, and SEO basics.
8. Team Collaboration

Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and training workshops.

Share ideas, feedback, and creative suggestions for improving marketing efforts.

Maintain clear communication with the team and meet assigned deadlines.
