Job Summary:
The Marketing Intern role is designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world marketing environment. Under the guidance of the marketing team, the intern will contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
This internship provides valuable exposure to digital marketing, content creation, market research, social media, branding, and campaign management. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of modern marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.

Support in writing copy for promotional materials, email campaigns, and website content.

Help organize marketing events, webinars, product launches, and trade shows.
2. Digital Marketing:

Contribute to social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Assist in creating and publishing blog posts, newsletters, and other digital content.

Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with research, targeting, and performance tracking.
3. Content Creation:

Create or assist with basic graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (if trained).

Edit marketing materials and presentations for internal and external use.

Contribute creative ideas for new content formats and audience engagement.
4. Market Research:

Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and customer behavior studies.

Compile findings into actionable insights to assist in strategy development.

Monitor current marketing trends and suggest ways to apply them to existing campaigns.
5. Analytics and Reporting:

Track the performance of ongoing marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or HubSpot.

Prepare weekly or monthly marketing reports and dashboards for the team.

Analyze audience engagement metrics to improve content effectiveness.
6. Coordination and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers for marketing deliverables.

Attend team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client interactions where required.
