Key Responsibilities
1. Support Daily Marketing Activities

Collect and analyze marketing data to help understand trends and results.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

Create and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Assist in community management by replying to comments and messages under supervision.

Monitor competitor activities and current trends on social media.

Prepare basic visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
3. Content Creation and Management

Help draft blog posts, website content, captions, and email newsletters.

Support in proofreading and editing marketing copy before publication.

Contribute creative ideas for improving content engagement and brand messaging.
4. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.

Assist in preparing SWOT analyses, market reports, and customer personas.

Help compile data and generate insights for marketing strategy development.
5. Administrative and Coordination Tasks

Maintain and update the company’s marketing databases and CRM tools.

Assist in coordinating with vendors, design teams, and internal departments.

Organize marketing materials and help prepare presentations or reports.
6. Campaign Performance Monitoring

Support the team in tracking metrics from marketing efforts using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar tools.

Create weekly performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, lead generation, or website traffic.
Required Skills and Competencies

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
