Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to drive end-to-end marketing execution across content creation, founder branding, webinars, LinkedIn management, website content, and AI-powered marketing campaigns. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role where you will work directly with our founders to build Orgzit’s brand in the B2B SaaS space.

This role is ideal for freshers who want real, hands-on exposure to modern B2B SaaS marketing – not theory, but actual execution. You will own marketing initiatives from planning to publishing, using AI tools extensively to create content faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Create monthly content plans and execute them using AI-assisted tools

• Create and coordinate website content, landing pages, and campaign messaging using AI-assisted tools

• Create marketing collateral in collaboration with founders with the help of AI tools (Infographic posts, surveys, assessments, checklists, etc.) 

• Create and maintain a structured marketing calendar for campaigns

• Collect testimonials and success stories from customers and prospects

• Manage and grow three LinkedIn presences: 2 Founder profiles and Orgzit’s company page - Plan and publish 12-15 posts per month per profile

• Create and update website content using AI assistance

• With AI tool support, deliver the following on a consistent basis: 2 blogs per week, 1 brochure per week, 1 slide deck per week

• Use AI tools to create YouTube-ready scripts, video descriptions, and titles

• Coordinate production of thumbnails and subtitle files

Skills Required

• Strong written English communication – clear, concise, and professional

• Creativity combined with structured thinking and execution discipline

• Basic understanding of B2B marketing concepts and digital marketing channels

• Proficiency or strong willingness to learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Gemini etc.)

• Good presentation skills – ability to create clean, compelling slide decks

• Content planning ability – able to think ahead and organise a content calendar

• Strong attention to detail in writing, formatting, and publishing

• Ownership mindset – takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do

• Strong organisational skills – ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Ability to coordinate with founders, designers, and other stakeholders effectively

• Technical aptitude – ability to understand SaaS products, learn tools quickly, and work with tech-forward teams

• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in real time.

Work Location

• This position is a work-from-office role.

• Office location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near HUDA City Centre metro station)

Work Days and Timings

• Days: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

• Timings: 10 am to 7 pm

Compensation

• Internship Stipend: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (in hand) for six months, followed by a full-time employment position with an annual CTC of Rs. 3,60,000 to Rs. 3,90,000.
