Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Intern to help drive the growth of our company through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage and grow social media channels, create engaging content, and understand platform algorithms to optimize reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for brand growth and visibility

•Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

•Create original, engaging, and platform- specific content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)•Analyze platform algorithms and trends to optimize content performance

•Monitor, report, and improve marketing KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions

•Collaborate with design and content teams (if any) to ensure brand consistency

Eligibility & Requirements:
•Currently pursuing MBA (Marketing specialization preferred)

•Bachelor’s degree holder with Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation strong interest and proved skills in marketing strategy and social platforms

Key Skills Required:
•Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms

•Content creation skills (writing captions, visual storytelling, basic design tools like Canva)

•Strategic thinking and the ability to develop marketing campaigns

•Data-driven mindset with basic. knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)

•Excellent communication and organizational skills
