Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Intern to support our field sales and brand promotion activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Approach potential customers and promote company products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.
Brand Promotion & Awareness:
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.
- Engage with customers and collect feedback to improve brand visibility.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance and promotional activities.
- Suggest improvements in marketing strategies based on field experience.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to sales, customer service, or event marketing is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers and build relationships.
- Sales & Marketing Aptitude:
- Enthusiasm for sales, promotions, and direct customer engagement.
- Creativity in executing brand promotion strategies.
- Flexibility & Travel:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for field activities.
- Ability to work outdoors and engage with diverse audiences.
