Company profile: Kalakar is a social video sharing platform which also allows you to monetize your skills. We aim to become the biggest aggregator of people skilled in the artistic and extracurricular space and provide them a platform to make money at the ease of their home. Especially in the time of Covid-19 when people will avoid coming in groups because of strict social distancing norms by the government. But the work must go on and people should earn while at home. This was our aim when we decided to start this platform. Apart from that it can be used as any other social media app where people can upload entertaining videos or spend time exploring interesting and engaging content.

Profile 1: Marketing Intern:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a soul of a digital junky for our startup Kalakar based out of Gurgaon, ready to take on any challenge that comes their way. Kalakar is a social video sharing app which allows you to monetise your skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Liaise with alliance partners and digital influencers as needed

2. Develop and assist with the implementation of actionable strategies on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels

3. Act as a community manager across all platforms, consistently monitoring, and concisely communicating with target audiences

4. Draft monthly content calendars

5. Work closely with a graphic designer to execute social media creative needs

6. Plan and implement compelling social media campaigns

7. Develop and implement social media ad campaigns including targeting methods, copy and images, and budget/timeline recommendations

8. Establish a social media strategy and brand voice

9. Participate in new business proposals and pitches when necessary
