Job Description
About the internship
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies across various channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials
2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other communication channels to promote company initiatives and events
3. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing and communication strategies
5. Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster community engagement
6. Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events and workshops including logistical support and promotional activities
7. Support internal communication efforts by drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged
8. Assist in maintaining the company website by updating content, managing blog posts, and optimizing SEO performance
9. Provide administrative support to the marketing and communication departments, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and organizing files
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design or related field
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Eagerness to learn and contribute new ideas to the marketing team
7. Previous experience in marketing or related field is a plus, but not required
