Core Requirements:
Should be fluent in English and Hindi for Clear oral and written communication with school principal / school management.
Should be tech savvy.
Understanding of digital marketing basics: social media, SEO, email campaigns, influencer outreach.
Basic science knowledge is needed (since products are educational/scientific).
Should know about the bulk Email, bulk messages, email marketing.
Ability to understand customer (School principal / management) needs (like Activity Based Teaching / Learning) and pitch educational toys accordingly.
Willingness to assist in lead generation, retail promotion, or school outreach programs.
Ability to come up with innovative campaigns to make learning fun and engaging.
Fresh ideas for promoting STEM-based toys online and in educational institutions.
