About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Growth champion: Assist in marketplace growth of relevant categories, keeping in mind the consumer and the competition
2. Multitasker: Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, cataloging, finance, commercial and other functions of the organization for effective functioning of campaigns and tasks
3. Target achiever: Work towards certain tangible and intangible targets that better measure the role's KPIs (as part of an essential FMCG industry, rapid changes and rapid decision-making to best suit the requirements is crucial)
4. Mentorship over micro-management: We firmly believe in guided experiments and failing but failing fast and incorporating the recorded learnings for the next experiment
5. Data-driven: We have amazing in-built systems and tools that have captured rich databases of our consumers - both qualitative and quantitative
6. Autonomist: As a scale-up, we believe in empowering individuals to grow at the organization with complete autonomy
7. Trendspotter: Identify broader trends and fill in category gaps (this could be in the form of a promotion, an awareness campaign or a push notification follow-up)
