About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help in building the local sports project (LSP)
2. Work on catchment analysis (range selection)
3. Work on being accountable for merchandising and stock
4. Work on piloting and PNL for my sport (margin, shrinkage)
5. Build the sports community in your catchment
6. Mediate between the user and DMI (feedback)
7. Update the planner, including events, workshops, and leaves
8. Recruit future sports leaders
9. Keep the layout commercially optimized

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 2000 per performance based).
