About the internship
We are looking for a person to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales & marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect the candidate to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and have strong problem-solving skills. The job requires thorough financial and banking sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Expanding our current B2B segment
2. Making new channel partners (CA/advocates) and engaging with them
3. Understanding and showing interest in financial/banking products and markets
4. Analyzing and researching information
5. Preserving customers and renewing contracts
6. Conducting meetings with the relationship manager & with channel partners (target market: CA, CS, advocates, wealth managers, and financial advisors) for follow-up of the various loan files
7. Conducting meetings with the clients for follow-ups
