Job Description
1. Manage daily b2b 80 calls per day and set up initial meetings
2. Research on potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
3. Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
4. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
5. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
6. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
7. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
8. Work on regular follow-ups

1. Computer literate
2. Ability to switch your communication style on a whim
3. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
4. Excellent communication skills and convincing power
5. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
6. Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
7. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
