We are into biotechnology research, education, and training, especially in marine biotechnology areas. We are the first marine biotechnology company in India. The sister company, Alpha & Omega Consultants, developed the first indigenous probiotics in aquaculture in India which was successfully commercialized by a Chennai-based company, thus leading to the birth of Geomarine Biotechnologies. Contract research, technology development, technology transfer on a turn-key basis, contract manufacturing, consultancy, troubleshooting for biotech industries, organizing workshops, job fairs for educational institutions, etc., are some of the other activities that we are into. We have signed several memoranda of understandings (MoU) with leading colleges and universities for various collaborative ventures. Soon, we will be expanding into food biotechnology and nutraceuticals.
