Job Description
1. Play a major role in the success of the business by ensuring that profit potential and growth opportunities are maximized through the offline model
2. Manage and direct the marketing and sales department to produce budgeted sales volumes and net returns while delivering overall quality products and customer service
3. Call regularly on designated kiosks to sell the company's products within the geographic boundaries of the assigned territory
4. Ensure the company's principal products achieve the most prominent display areas and a maximum number of facings and meet set sales targets and goals

1. Any graduates (MBA preferred)
2. Non MBAs should have at least 6 months experience in sales/target driven environment or at least 6 months of retail experience
3. Entrepreneurial skills
4. Good understanding of entrepreneurial and commercial objectives
5. Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
6. Good understanding of developing sales reports
7. Good decision-making skills
8. Excellent people skills
9. Good verbal and written communication skills
10. Good analytical skills
