About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing team size of approx 25 persons
2. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
4. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
5. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
8. Developing quotes and proposals for clients
9. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
10. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
11. Managing and achieving sales targets from the generated leads

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 6 to 7 Lac/annum
Due to a promotion in our team, we are hiring business development managers interns. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and generate warm lead. Also, should be capable of managing a team of approx 20-25 persons.
