Job Description
About the internship
Conducting market research to understand overall market opportunities for growth, establish customer trends and habits through surveys from direct customers (both mentor/mentees).
Market Research on UG, Masters, MBA & EMBA Programs across 10+ countries so as to develop presentations for initial counselling sessions.
Creating marketing materials to pitch to clients, investors, upload on the TCC website & other platforms.
Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Research various higher education programs/scholarships etc across countries, visa updates and coordinate transmission of updates via newsletters, social media posts etc.
Present their findings to executives and clients through charts, graphs, and other visual means to help them make better-informed decisions about product introductions, modifications, and marketing campaigns.
Creating a Google Form Questionnaire and calling up customers for Market Research Analysis and collecting Testimonials to understand the current satisfaction rate.
Assist in the development of marketing plans.
Analyze consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a service.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare and present reports to clients and management.
Performing other duties as required.
