About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generating new leads for saving & current account opening
2. Maintaining and updating records of customers from whom collections are made
3. Maintaining customer payment records
4. Working on customer queries
5. Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments
6. Negotiating suitable payment plans
7. Maintaining customer payment records
8. Responding to customer queries
