Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to promote solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for solar rooftop and commercial projects.

Generate leads through field visits, social media, digital marketing, and partnerships.

Meet potential clients to explain product benefits, subsidy details, and ROI calculations.

Create and manage promotional content for social media, brochures, and advertisements.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for client proposals and project follow-ups.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and customer trends.

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and customer awareness programs.

Maintain marketing data, prepare reports, and evaluate campaign performance.

B.Sc., B. A., or Diploma/ITI in any relevant field.

0–2 years of experience in marketing or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Knowledge of solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical systems will be an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, confident, and willing to travel locally for client visits.
