Designation: Marketing
Responsibilities include:
1. Achieving & exceeding business goals and targets, wherein he shall be responsible for the generation of home loans business
2. Meeting up with HR/admin representatives of corporates and sourcing home loans for their employees
3. Empanelling channel partners (builders/real estate agents/financial consultants) to develop purchase/resale transactions
4. Ensuring implementation of promotional plans and suggesting a new and innovative promotion plan for the area of work
5. Ensuring the highest levels of customer orientation & customer services
6. Engaging Internal stakeholders (especially operations & risk teams) to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (0.3% of business generated).
A. Remuneration:
1. Trainees are purely on variable income roles and are incentivized up to 0.3% of the total home loans sourced.
2. Additionally, they will also be eligible for payout on the cross-sell products.
B. Future prospects:
1. Based on the performance, trainees will be absorbed as sales managers/executive
2. Good market exposure and thorough understanding of the home loan industry with the fastest-growing HFC in the country.
