Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage & coordinate with vendors
2. Handle event coordination & tasks
3. Manage key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
4. Coordinate event communications by calling and follow-ups
5. Coordinate with hotels and make sure things are delivered as per clients' requirements
6. Maintain a good relationship with venue owners and other stakeholders

8. Fluency in English speaking and writing
