1. Work on market understanding and analysis
2. Gain knowledge of product range and technical details
3. Map out the entire product journey up to end-consumer
4. Work on consumer decision-making - gain key insights
5. Create a database of key stakeholders in the market with strengths and gaps
6. Work on being an active part of company events including customer campaigns, training, and workshops
