Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, and networking to generate leads for the event.
Arrangement Finalization: Coordinate with vendors and venues to finalize arrangements for the event, ensuring all requirements are met within budget.
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the event, including content creation and distribution.
Attendee Engagement: Engage with attendees before, during, and after the event to enhance their experience and gather feedback.
Data Analysis: Analyze data from marketing campaigns and attendee feedback to optimize future marketing efforts and event planning.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination on event-related activities.
