Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take responsibility for driving new business for a successful company
2. Leverage existing reputation of company to obtain new clients in RPO space
3. Work closely with delivery team to quality timely performance as per client expectations and agreed SLA's
4. Design and present customized scenarios to talent executives for RPO solutions
5. Develop new relationships with high level executives with decision making power
6. Offer solutions to leaders with clearly defined value and proposition
7. Develop sales presentations, contract negotiations, pricing models and defined scope of work on RPO engagements
8. Play central role in closing engagements
9. Work with delivery team to ensure go live dates and performance
10. Take responsibility for the final deal and signing the agreement
11. Maintain RPO network through different social media platform
12. Take responsibility for the branding and awareness of the company and service
13. Approach the market and market analysis proactively (competition, market trends, opportunities)
14. Work on B2B development model
