Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process
2. Helping drive business requirement discussions with clients to identify how recruitment services can help them fulfill their hiring requirements
3. Generating top-of-the-funnel leads, and setting up calls for the sales team
4. Developing a deep understanding of recruitment service offerings and use this knowledge to build core service awareness by creating messaging, value propositions, user benefits, and other assets to support marketing and sales campaigns
