ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and executive marketing strategies
• Content creation and managing campaigns
• Create promotional strategy and monitor competition
• Developing a growth strategy
• Producing marketing and promotional materials
• Data analysis and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies based on insights.
- Monitor industry trends and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to create promotional strategies.
- Manage budgets and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI).
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms and monitor engagement metrics.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
4. Content Creation & Branding
- Develop creative and engaging marketing materials (brochures, blogs, videos, ads).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators.
5. Public Relations & Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and corporate events.
- Handle crisis communication and brand reputation management.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Measure ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights.
