Compensation for Experienced candidates (6months -2yrs): Decent hike from last drawn CTC and upon candidate experience.

JD:
· Understanding the product and services of the company
· Explaining the product and services to the prospects.
· Conduct market research to identify prospects.
· Getting new leads
· Negotiating
· Following up pre and post sales.
· Maintain detailed records of sales and other relevant information.
· Assist the company to generate revenue.
*Minimum or basic Kannada language proficiency is a must.
