Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and maintain a student recruitment agency network in the assigned territory to recruit students who want to pursue international education anywhere in the world.
• Implement marketing and recruitment plans to recruit international students from the assigned territory.
• Hire, train, and supervise junior marketing and recruitment staff to achieve marketing goals, and plan and create marketing materials such as flyers, online banners, brochures and agent manuals.
• Conduct marketing events such as education expos, seminars and agents’ workshops for potential agents, students and parents.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports for the Global Sales Head.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a management position in an international context in recruitment or institutional partnerships.
• Knowledge of education sector including target markets, academic issues, market trends, regulatory environment, networks and contacts in the assigned territory.
• Must be able to work under pressure while traveling for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in an environment where diversity of people and situations are encountered.
• Language: English is required.
• Should be able to work flexible hours considering the global time difference.
