Job Description
Sales & Marketing:
- Focus on Generating Revenue for Serviced Apartments through sale of rooms, conference hall and Banquet hall facilities through networking and existing relations.
Corporate Sales:
- Promoting corporate sales through references & personal visits on daily basis.
Customer Service and Attention :
- Ensure High-Quality services resulting in Customer Delight through interaction with customers and quick resolution of Problems
Coordination and Involvement :
- Active Involvement in the entire Management process and instructing staff members to complete their duties.
Quality Standards and Proper Work Ethics.
- Maintaining Quality Standards and working closely with the staff members and maintaining relationships with local community and nearby companies and hospitals.
Database Maintenance :
- Should maintain proper records of Financial Transactions and should be able to update notifications on Hotel Portals regarding room availability and coordinating with customers on Emails.
