We are now expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing and sales operations through a chain system.
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing a marketing and sales team. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sales through strategic planning and a chain distribution model.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase product sales.

Build, recruit, and manage a strong team of marketing and sales professionals.

Train and guide the team to effectively promote and sell products through a chain or network system.

Establish and expand the company’s market reach using referral-based and multi-level marketing (MLM)-style strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Set team goals and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved.

Coordinate with the product and management teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Maintain strong communication and motivation within the team to ensure high productivity and retention.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in marketing and team leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of chain marketing or multi-level marketing systems.
