Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and business goals.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, target segments, and competitive positioning.

Design short-term and long-term marketing plans to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Prepare annual marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

2. Brand Management

Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.

Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in all promotional materials and communications.

Oversee the development of creative content, visuals, and messaging strategies.

Manage brand positioning to differentiate products/services from competitors.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.

Oversee social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement across platforms.

Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys.

Analyze website traffic, conversions, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

Collaborate with the digital team to optimize online visibility and lead generation.
4. Product Marketing & Launches

Coordinate with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.

Develop effective go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and trade shows.

Create compelling product positioning, marketing collaterals, and sales tools.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Study industry trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to identify opportunities.

Analyze competitor strategies and recommend actionable insights for differentiation.

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to understand customer behavior.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve effectiveness.
6. Lead Generation & Sales Support

Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and convert them into customers.
