Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and business goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, target segments, and competitive positioning.

  • Design short-term and long-term marketing plans to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

  • Prepare annual marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

  • Set clear KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

2. Brand Management

  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in all promotional materials and communications.

  • Oversee the development of creative content, visuals, and messaging strategies.

  • Manage brand positioning to differentiate products/services from competitors.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.

  • Oversee social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement across platforms.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys.

  • Analyze website traffic, conversions, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Collaborate with the digital team to optimize online visibility and lead generation.

4. Product Marketing & Launches

  • Coordinate with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.

  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and trade shows.

  • Create compelling product positioning, marketing collaterals, and sales tools.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Study industry trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to identify opportunities.

  • Analyze competitor strategies and recommend actionable insights for differentiation.

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to understand customer behavior.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve effectiveness.

6. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and convert them into customers.

  • Develop strategies to drive inbound and outbound lead generation.

  • Provide sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

  • Monitor lead conversion rates and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

7. Team Leadership & Coordination

10. Reporting & Performance Analysis
