Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and implement hospital marketing strategies with a strong focus on business development, corporate client acquisition, health camp coordination, and community outreach. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, a strong understanding of hospital operations, and proven experience in planning and executing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and brand awareness.
This is a leadership role that involves developing new business opportunities, expanding corporate networks, and executing outreach initiatives such as RWA (Resident Welfare Association) camps, health camps, events, and awareness drives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Marketing Executives, tracking performance, and ensuring that all marketing and outreach activities are aligned with the hospital’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Strategic Partnerships:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for the hospital through corporate tie-ups, third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, wellness partners, and occupational health programs.

Develop proposals and presentations for corporate clients highlighting services, wellness packages, health check-up plans, and engagement strategies.

Negotiate corporate health agreements and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for corporate clients.

Collaborate with the hospital leadership and departments to align business development goals with hospital capabilities and specialties.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote the hospital’s services, doctors, and specialties.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare demand to design targeted marketing campaigns.

Work closely with senior management to design and implement long-term marketing strategies aimed at expanding the hospital’s footprint in both B2C and B2B segments.

Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and healthcare marketing ethics.

Corporate Client Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, wellness managers, and decision-makers in corporate organizations.

Organize health talks, preventive screening drives, and employee wellness initiatives at corporate offices.

Promote hospital facilities such as preventive health check-ups, executive health programs, and specialty consultations.

Track lead conversion from corporate campaigns and maintain a database of engagement metrics and outcomes.

Camp and Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute health camps, RWA camps, and public outreach programs in coordination with internal departments and medical staff.

Take full responsibility for conceptualizing, budgeting, staffing, and implementing events and camps.

Ensure proper branding, documentation, and promotion of all camps and events to maximize reach and visibility.

Coordinate with community leaders, local authorities, and NGOs to drive participation and awareness.

Team Management and Performance Monitoring:

Supervise and guide a team of Marketing Executives, assigning responsibilities, setting goals, and monitoring progress.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team efficiency and motivation.

Monitor field activities, maintain visit reports, and track lead conversions generated by the team.

Ensure the team adheres to hospital brand standards and ethics while engaging with stakeholders.

Data Management and Reporting:

Prepare regular MIS reports on corporate tie-ups, patient referrals, camp outcomes, and ROI on marketing activities.

Analyze key metrics such as footfall from corporate channels, revenue contribution, conversion rates, and patient feedback.

Maintain an organized database of corporate contacts, RWA associations, and community stakeholders.

Use CRM tools to track client engagement and campaign performance.

Internal Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with departments such as OPD, diagnostics, HR, medical services, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of corporate health programs and camps.

Liaise with the digital marketing and design teams to develop promotional materials, banners, flyers, and emailers.

Coordinate with medical professionals and specialists for availability during health events, awareness drives, and public seminars.
