Post: Requirement for Sales Personnel for B2B Ice Cream Division.
Company is looking to appoint a suitable candidate to take care of their Ice Cream Sales in the B2B segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with distributors, retailers, institutions, and corporate clients to promote and expand Ice Cream product range.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B clients.
· Identify and onboard new distributors, retail chains, and institutional customers.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure consistent orders.
· Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely supply.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG/B2B food product sales (preferably Ice Cream, Frozen Foods, or Dairy).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage field sales independently.
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
· Must be based in or willing to work from [City/Region].
