Job Description
- The Marketing Executive will lead business development for logistics marketplace in the assigned territory to Logistics service Customers and Logistics Service providers with a view to onboard them on the logistics platform and enable transactions on the marketplace through a network of Franchisee Dealers.
- He would also train the Sales team of Franchisee Dealers, assist in resolving issues relating to transactions in his assigned territory through the Franchisee Dealers and also help in identifying potential Unit Franchisee dealers for the Master Franchisee Dealers.
- The scope of services include fright transportation, warehousing, handling, packing, etc.
- Strengthen dealer network by appointing dealers and rationalizing channel members based on performance
- Devise action plans for appointing dealers , onboarding customers / vendors & achieving sales and revenue budgets
- Achievement of targeted NRV & KPIs
- Plan and implement publicity and promotional activities
- Monitor and review implementation of various logistiks modules .
- Gather market intelligence impacting operations.
- Ensure adherence of statutory & company systems & procedures .
- Identifying and meeting potential franchise dealers, customers across industries both service providers and service consumers.
- Dealing oneonone with customers during onboarding.
- Growing relationships with partners for higher incentives.
- Creating case studies with successful customers for promotion.
- Sharing and implementing best practices across industries.
- Create customized solutions to add value to the customer’s supply chain.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions for ideas for all teams.
