JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contribute to conceptualization, development and implementation of activity based games
  
• End to end management of assigned projects and client requirements
  
• Execute game events and gather customer experience insights
  
• Liaison with different groups, organizations, and vendors as and when required
  
• Assist in the design and development of game materials, client proposals and marketing collaterals
  
• Manage the social media interface and run relevant campaigns from time to time

• Excellent written & verbal communications skills- the role will require regular interaction with corporate clients and employees
  
• Hands on MS Office skills- Proficiency on Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator would be great but not a necessity
  
• Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage small events
  
• Comfortable with minimal hand holding
  
• Should be open to travel for short on-site client projects (max. 7-8 days in a month)
