We are hiring a Marketing Executive – Order Collection for an established Electrical Trading & Manufacturing Company in Kolkata. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market, building customer relationships and collecting orders for electrical products.

 JOB DETAILS

 Position: Marketing Executive – Order Collection
 Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
 Salary: ₹2.00 Lakh – ₹2.50 Lakh Per Annum
 Employment Type: Full-Time
 Hiring: Immediate

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly visit customers, dealers, distributors, retailers and market areas.
• Develop new customers and generate business leads.
• Collect orders for electrical products from existing and new customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and requirements.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and dealers.
• Achieve monthly sales and order-collection targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new market areas.
• Coordinate with the office team for order processing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, stock and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
• Provide regular market feedback regarding customer demand and competitor activity.
• Support the company in expanding its customer and dealer network.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

 Candidates with experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Sales or Order Collection will be preferred.
 Experience in electrical products / hardware / industrial products will be an advantage.
 Good communication and customer-handling skills.
 Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
 Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
 Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits within Kolkata.
 Knowledge of the Kolkata local market will be an advantage.
 Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field marketing may also be considered, depending on the company's requirements.
