Job Description
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on market developments in beauty & personal care industries (BPC) .
• Support in developing, execution & monitoring of marketing plans related to product promotion , concept
development & customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Applied Innovation team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Highlight Evonik’s value proposition & promote Evonik’s commitment to sustainability & innovation in BPC
industry.
• Manage online presence through social media, and digital adv ertising in collaboration with Communications
team.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer events .
• Support the creation of promotional materials for events.
• Explore new/ innovative application areas for the existing product portfolio.
• Provide periodic update to internal stakeholders .
