The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound or inbound marketing activities, as well as a creative mindset for helping us remain fresh and competitive. Will rely on this person’s ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The marketing professional will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and to research market trends and industry data so that the company remains on the cutting edge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Identify target audiences and create strategies tailored to market needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Execute SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry competition.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and recommend improvements.
- Gather customer feedback to refine marketing tactics.
4. Branding & Content Creation:
- Develop creative marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Write engaging content for blogs, ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
5. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
- Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to attract customers.
- Generate and nurture leads through email campaigns, cold outreach, and networking.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into customers.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Measure campaign ROI and report key marketing metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
