Responsibilities

Establish RFP and objective with marketing team members, strategize and execute media buying for advertising campaigns and media investments, specifically ATL plans (digital media, TVC, OOH, other large media and marketing investments) 
Work with external marketing agencies of media, events, creative, PR and social media, or direct media purchases from publishers or media companies.
Devise fruitful sourcing strategies, discover best in class suppliers, initiate advantageous partnerships and terms according to budget and RFP, make sure the transparency of the process and the cost rationality
Partner with legal and finance team for contract review and payment works；
Work  with  Risk Management team and different local business units, to ensure compliance and business goal;
Support sourcing efforts and work with various departments to identify and onboard new suppliers
Analyze and evaluate the existing partnerships' performance and manage our resource pools

Qualification And Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required with related coursework
At least 4-5 years marketing or media procurement experience, familiar with local marketing industry
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Open and glad to cooperate with other teams to accomplish the goal
Can work with limited supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office, media planning tools
