About the role

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Associate/Manager for Hopscotch Health’s nutrition product offerings. The role requires excellent communication and operational skills. Your team will drive all marketing and sales initiatives and activities for the ‘Hopscotch Heroes’ app, programme, and associated services. Your work will be core to our growth engine and you will work closely with product, operations, and design teams. You will manage our existing marketing channels including corporate outreach, influencers, partnerships, direct sales, digital marketing, and social media, as well as new marketing channels and audiences. You will be responsible for engaging our target audience through the entire Marketing and Sales funnel. Creating and disseminating top of the funnel content and driving mid-funnel conversations.

Key responsibilities:


  • Present, promote and sell products inside the app
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and related KPIs
  • Develop and grow sales channels through a combination of digital marketing, partner marketing, and direct outreach
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential users to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Recruit, train, and manage junior sales executives and interns
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Engage with potential clients and partners to expand our existing programmes
  • Work with stakeholders to build and launch new programmes
  • Hands-on involvement in every step of the sales process including but not limited to copywriting, lead generation, cold calling, lead qualification, and lead closure



Does this sound like you? 

Must-haves: 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Hands-on prior experience in a fast growing sales and marketing organization for a digital product, ideally in the health/wellness sector
  • Well-versed with modern digital marketing and sales techniques
  • Knowledgeable and interested in the core concepts of nutrition and fitness
  • Aptitude for working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn new skills on the job and adapt quickly
