Job Description

As part of this initiative, the trainee will focus primarily on onboarding T3 to meet our WOD goal. They will be responsible for managing the onboarding process end to end, including documentation and integration with platforms like Finance and Saksham.

Trainee Responsibilities:

Managing the onboarding process of T3

o Ensuring the completion of necessary documentation for onboarding

o Coordinating with internal teams for integration onto Finance and Saksham

o Monitoring the overall process and providing timely updates to the stakeholders

o Ensuring adherence to the quality standards and timelines of the project

Training and Support:

Comprehensive training will be provided to the trainees on all necessary processes and tools

o Ongoing support from our team to help trainees succeed in their roles

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
