Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on data analysis
2. Work on campaign optimization
3. Work on customer segmentation
4. Work on predictive modeling
5. Work on reporting and presentation
6. Work on data governance
7. Work on industry knowledge
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, including internships, is a plus
2. A fresh MBA graduate with a strong inclination toward technology an Engineering graduate/other business graduate with a solid mathematical background is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
8. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
Additional Skills Required:
1. Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
2. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, understand target audience preferences, and perform competitive analysis
3. Compile data and provide insights to assist in decision-making
